The project started with a request to design a logo for the 2023 Florida Pop-Tarts Bowl but quickly expanded into a full-scale event identity. 
After the logo was established, our team was asked to expand the visual system across all brand touchpoints—from broadcast graphics and in-stadium signage to social media content and merchandise.
I led the motion design for the project, creating an animation system that captured the playful spirit of the Pop-Tarts brand while matching the energy of college football. The motion work included logo reveals, lower-thirds, looping screen content, and social assets—designed to be bold, fun, and instantly recognizable.
The final system brought consistency and personality to every format, helping the brand stand out in a crowded sports landscape and delivering an experience that felt both high-energy and unmistakably Pop-Tarts.
